Wake up to creamy, delicious Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats! Packed with protein and bursting with berry flavor, it's like dessert for breakfast!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (low fat, for that creamy, cheesecake flavor)
  • 2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for thickness)
  • Graham cracker crumbs (optional, for a cheesecake crust feel)
  • Additional blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Creamy Base: In a bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, your milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until it’s smooth and creamy. Add the rolled oats, and chia seeds (if you like a thicker texture). Stir until all the ingredients are combined.

  • Add Blueberries & Chill: Gently fold in the blueberries, cover, and refrigerate the mixture overnight (or at least 4 hours). By morning, the oats will have soaked up all the flavors, giving you a dessert-like breakfast!

Notes

In the morning, give your blueberry cheesecake overnight oats a stir and add some fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs for a true cheesecake vibe.

The recipe yields 1 large portion or 2 small ones for a light breakfast.
