Make delicious, protein-packed cottage cheese bagels with this easy recipe. Perfect for breakfast or a snack, they’re moist, chewy, and tasty!

  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 60g flour
  • 40g grated mozzarella
  • Black sesame
  • Seeds for sprinkle (or everything bagel seasoning)
  • Egg yolk (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 365°F (185°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the cottage cheese, egg, sesame seeds, and grated mozzarella in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Add the flour and mix until you have a soft dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
  • Divide the dough into 4-6 equal parts. Shape each part into a bagel shape by rolling it into a ball and poking a hole in the middle.
  • Brush the bagels with egg yolk and sprinkle with the seeds or everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving.
