  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup regular milk (skim, 2%, or whole)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

Instructions

Blend frozen watermelon, frozen strawberries, and milk together.
